Mod that limits the amount of spells you can learn?
Is there a mod that adds a "spell limit?"

There's {Tomes of Power}, which limits you to only being able to learn a maximum of 3 spells in a one-day period without incurring a penalty. You could maybe edit it to increase the duration between learning new spells if you wanted to.

This is a cool idea. Or like a mod where you have to attune spells for the day and can only have so many like in D&D.

Attribute Value Application - AVA of the SkyRem series had a spell limit until recently, but there were way too many issues regarding compatibility with mods that add spells and even with the base game. (For example, words of power individually count as one spell each, so a full shout was three spells toward the limit.)
