Resources aren't downloading

I've been stuck on 0% since yesterday night, I've redownloaded the game, cleared cache, turned on and off speed mode, and nothing has worked yet.

Any tips?

Edit: I just downloaded the game on this device, Samsung A20, and it's been like this since I've started the game.
