How about the Chinese having spread it throughout the world? You think it’s just Italians now carrying this around? We don’t even know where this person is from in Italy. The issue is that there is NO testing without symptoms and without direct contact with the affected area. He did not have any symptoms when he entered the Country, he should have been tested anyways, but no!WHO recommendations don’t allow it. This is how it spreads.

I believe they were holding on to this for a while. That 4chan post indicated that on march there was going to be a market collapse probably referred to an approximate date were most countries were going to start announcing the infections. The society of Dominican Republic is not prepared at all for this.
