Beauty Eternal Unique Chest Piece.
-When you are frozen, it's duration increases by +30%s
Is there suppose to be a benefit from this, or am I not understanding it correctly?

I also wondered the same thing about this unique. It FEELS out of place, and is hard to justify based on the other stats in my opinion. I like the idea of uniques having possible downsides, but something about the implementation of this seems off.

It's the trade-off for your freeze effects having longer duration. An interesting flavor thing I like.
