Great Mosque in Detroit
As a no-Muslim, can anything be done with the Center of Islam? Can it be repurposed for anything?

I think it can still be built on maybe and certain additions can give bonuses? If not, it makes since, as most of the major religions have some sort of great work that would be specific to characters of its religion.

Next update we’re adding a chance to repurpose it as a Catholic, a rust cultist, or as a Muslim, similar to lady of Guadalupe/vanilla Ayasofia

Really the great temple in Detroit for the Rust Cult would probably be that giant Ford plant in Dearborn.
Are you planning on doing something similar for other religious Great Works? I'm particularly thinking of the Temple of the Sea on Trinidad, which currently isn't of much use as other Caribbean and SA faiths

Why? If you own Detroit as a non-Muslim you can't do anything with it except wreck it for some gold. It's the holy site of two other faiths and sits on a major trade route, the fact that you can't replace it or convert and expand it is asinine.
