Favorite bronze wheels?

Modding Talk

Hi all,

I'm looking at bronze wheels for my MK6 in CSG. It seems not all bronze is the same. There's a big range: from Konig's "Radium Bronze" to the "Sunken Treasure" of VMR to whatever the fuck Neuspeed calls their brown-ass "bronze."

What are y'all's favorite bronze wheels? I think the Konig Ampliform and Neuspeed Rse11 (despite the color - might get them powder coated if I buy them) are at the top of my list right now.

Bonus points for pics :)

Freeform Radium Bronze

The pictures do not do them justice, they are amazing in person. They go from a deep bronze in the shade to a bright almost gold in direct sun. Couldn't be happier

Yeah I love all the photos of these that I've seen. If they made the Ampliform or Rennform in this color I'd be 200% down.

I really like the Vossen VFS2 in Satin Bronze. There’s a bunch of great options that cost more though. If you’re looking to powder coat after purchase you’re adding an extra $800 or so. I’d just put that extra $800 towards a more expensive set but that’s just me.

I know Vossen plus some other brands will do custom paint options. So if there’s a wheel you really like I’m sure they could do it in bronze too. Might be worth exploring.
