For over two months now, whenever I get an S on the day the chest becomes available, I simply get no chest even though I get an S on a champ I own on whom I didn't get a chest yet. Funny thing is, if you're in a party and your duo gets an S, you will get the chest.
I've spoken to support over a month ago and they've acknowledged the bug yet it still isn't fixed 3 patches later. It's really annoying already.

Ya, I had the same issue. I just sent a message to support, waitng for response. Got some S's recently on Yasuo and Senna, but doesn't register. Both those champs are eligible for chest this season...idk...waiting for response
I'm not sure if this a bug I never heard of or you don't know how chest work.

And as I've said in the original post, I have spoken to support and they have confirmed it was a bug.
So what do you want the subreddit to do about it?
