Looks dangerous

That's cool and all, but who does he wave to, or not wave to?

12
C4ptain_Waffles•

Pretty sure he only waves to Amish folk.

Or Ancient Romans.

Do no one there wear helmets? Is that not a law or something?

2
H2PLukeOP•

A lot of states here in the US don’t require them. PA doesn’t atleast

5
JoeMamaAndThePapas•

Seems rather reckless. Should be a law. Can help someone from being bird food on the road.

Not like a helmet is that uncomfortable anyways.

2
TempVirage'00 Sportster 883•

They tried it. A dude in NY protesting the helmet requirement law died in a crash because of... not wearing a helmet. Still isn't required in PA if you've held a license for 2 years.

America is about freedom of choice.

1
JoeMamaAndThePapas•

That would be ok, if common sense was involved. It seems like many Americans like making the wrong choice.

How exactly is not wearing a helmet not a smart thing to do? Even those damn near useless hard caps that offer no side protection would be better than nothing.

1
ctgjerts•

In some states you have the freedom to make your own decisions - good or bad.

Well, I guess I have seen everything now.

I'd take him to jail in a second without any hesitation whatsoever.

Just as a thought experiment what if he were disabled and had to use something like this to control the bike?

What if he was using similar controls in a car?

Overall I would have to say these wires are not sturdy implements to control the bike... but if they were securely fastened and the controls were actually sturdy I would think it acceptable.

1
BuddyHightower•

lol, hell no

Why? Just why be this stupid? And I’m sure that DOT approved bandana will protect his unused brain when he hits the pavement. Living proof evolution often moves backwards...

Nah it keeps going forwards. The ones like this don’t continue on like the rest of us.

Without people like this, there would be no true innovation in the world.

9
LegalityPlank•

I respect your opinion. However this looks more like “Bravado Stupido” to me. I doubt if this was for innovation sake and think it was more for attention sake. This is “Hold my beer stuff” right here. But that’s just me. ‘Merica!

If you're going to talk about brains why don't you educate yourself.

Umm, sarcasm? It’s a thing...

Can you read

If you would, please reread the first rule of owning a Reddit account. Are you being a dick? Cause it kinda seems that way. Why you so mad, bro?
