I feel like I had the same thing happen to me but I can't really prove it at this point.

Yup my clan only have 15 people who bought the pass. I definitely didn’t claim 7-8 of them. So I didn’t claim 10 yet

If you really didn't collect any, message support. They can look at your history and fix something if there really is an issue.
