I was 'gifted' a rolltop desk. Made the best of it.

i like it seems cozy
try to drill a hole behind the monitor and pc to hide the cables
"ready to take off" - KCCHG Over.
best part is the whataburger ketchup mousepad
It's a really nice mouse pad. Too bad they didn't have it in Spicy.
I LOVE rolltop desks! So classy, op.
oh, what i would give for a desk…
you can close it real fast when mom walks in on you!

Not average. Pretty gross.
Jesus I really thought you were talking about your name over there
It's the wrong sub, and you know it.
I couldn't use that for my Battlestation but I've got an electronics repair area that I would love to have that for.
Are there any hidden compartments on it? My parents have an OLD rolltop from 1860s that had 9 hidden compartments and drawers.
Nope. It was bought thinking it would be an arts and crafts station for someone, turns out they hated my folding desk I was using. I'm eventually going to demolish/sell it, but the drawers are pretty nice.
The best part about having an old desk that you dont care about is that you can modify the hell out of it. I was gifted an old cheapo desk purchased at Micheal’s, so i created a ton of art supply mounts on the interior and a hidden laptop dock on the underside of the desk.
Don't demolish it they are built like tanks and often antiques
This one is not antique.
looks like solid oak probably worth about 500 bucks
