Aaron Diaz (of Dresden Codak) put together a little timeline of his art. Quite a striking progression.

Now if only he would update more than once a year.
even once a month would be nice....
but I suppose it could be a long term project like http://well-of-souls.com/outsider/index.html (first post 2001, he's 78 pages in).
And he managed it doing only 15 strips in 6 years!
I don't know if it's just me but I don't actually enjoy the style of 2010 and 2011 and much prefer... really any other year. I'm not entirely certain why.
Probably the still-visible line work making the contrasting borders. It has a different (and better in my opinion as well) cartoon look and contrasts with the more cell shaded look in the new style.
I'm not a huge fan of Dresden Codak, but this is an example of why webcomics are really interesting.
Kind of drives home the point that if you want to be a better artist, just keep drawing.
This is true of any art or work.
Yeah, I loathe the writing, but always felt the art was quite good.
Yay for the ever turning wheel of progress!
I love Dresden Codak. It is my favorite webcomic.
I don't read this comic, but the girl reminds me of "Hey Ash, watcha playin'?"
2005 — is she sitting at a giant toilet?
He should post a timeline of Kimiko's boobs.
