Should we remove the Party Act from r/SimDemocracy?

Discussion

The Party Act, basically in a TLDR, says that they need to have at least three founding members. This restricts the freedom of members of r/SimDemocracy to express their ideas collectively, resulting in several ideologies that are underrepresented on SimDem unable to form a party to contest and advocate their ideologies. I haven't seen any examples of this yet, but this might be a problem in the future. What do you think?
