Air Assault selection course?

I was told I will be attending air assault selection course in the near future, what is this?

I know I would like to go to air assault school, but I cant find any info on the selection course so I can properly prepare. I am assuming just a lot of PT but would like more info.

Anyone did this prior to air assault school? Would love any info, thanks
