[Discussion] Choicy/Substrate safemode hybrid?

I find myself frequently booting into safemode (via CC module) and using "stock" iOS when I don't need 100 tweaks running in the background, especially when my battery is critical.

The ability to boot into a modified safemode that only runs a few "high-priority" tweaks of your choice (Flex, Activator, etc) but exclude everything else would be ideal. Also removing the initial safemode pop-up message and swapping the grey wallpaper to an OLED-friendly solid black.

Being able to trigger this psudo-safemode via CC module would make everything easy and convenient.
