I made a basic guide to Lucid Dreaming for anyone who’s interested in the creative benefits from leaning.

I have been a pretty avid lucid dreamer for much of my adult life and was originally inspired by many of my favourite musicians use of lucid dreaming for creative inspiration (Electronic musicians Aphex Twin and Flying Lotus).
