Mpow H12 vs Mpow H19

I'm hearing mixed reviews on the two headphones, and I can't decide which one to get. I'm by no means an expert in sound, and I want to get new headphones with active noise cancelling (Under $50). The current one I am using is the Mpow 059. Some genres I like include EDM, lofi, and electro swing. I really like a strong bass. I have a smaller head though I don't think that will make a huge difference. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Other recommendations sub $50 are also appreciated, but I really like Mpow so far.
