Canyon Neuron AL 7.0

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has any experience sizing a Neuron AL. I'm 6"3/190.5cm tall with a 35"/89cm inseam and a saddle height of 796mm. Canyon's website and email support says to go with a size L, but I'm sort of nervous about this.

The top tube + stem on my current bike is 616+100mm, and the XL Neuron is 655+50mm and the large is only 630+50mm.

I found an article that suggested to size up, with comments supporting that idea. I feel like I'm going to be really cramped on a large. Anyone have one of these with any thoughts?
