Squad reached $1000000 in Plunder in 2 minutes

Is it even possible to achieve this without some sort of exploit? Since I just played a game of plunder where a squad reached $1000000 insanely early on in the match, literally the first two minutes in and the bonus round started. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this so far, as I doubt you can do this legitimately.
