What kind of precautions are parents of toddlers taking amidst covid-19 outbreak?

Ask Vancouver

We live in the Tri-City area. We have been taking advantage of these sunny days to go to parks but on the back of my mind I worry about him catching the virus during these visits. He is 18 months old. He really enjoys these outings because he can walk now. However, it is impossible to keep him from sticking his fingers in his mouth or rubbing his eyes or reasoning with him. I hear there is no need to panic but am I putting my child at risk? Remember last year when there was a measles outbreak. Fuck....
