[TOMT][TV SHOW] Epsiode of All That or The Amanda Show

I have been trying to find this for a while. It is a skit from either the Amanda Show or All That. In the skit these parents buy their daughter a doll for her birthday, but the doll is actually a human (I'm almost positive Amanda Bynes plays the doll). The doll only comes to life when the parents leave the room I think. Also there might be something about tacos??? If anyone knows that'd be amazing. Its driving me crazy!
