If you have a lot of friends, do you have a system?

I went to /pokemongofriends today, and I jumped from 28 friends (some co-workers and clients (I'm a server at Hard Rock, whenever I or a coworker see a client playing, me and my friends do a rotation around the table sending requests, haha)), to 90.

I know there's a limit to the amount of gifts you can send and open, and my question is, do you guys have any system to prioritize which gifts to open or send? Do you prioritize friendship status, location or something like this?

Usually, I nicknamed my friends based on their country (a client gave me this tip, about regionals on 7km eggs), but doing a system like this with 90 people seems unproductive.
