Alternative to SEO for organic traffic?

I do understand that SEO is the first thing that needs to be taken care of when it comes to generating organic traffic. This also includes a proper website, keyword-based blogs etc.

But, is there any other way to generate organic traffic? I have blogs but where do I share them?

NOTE: This is definitely for promotions so direct sales through blogs on Reddit is a bad idea.
