SO has TN. Help me.

She's in her 30s. She got MVD done I believe 2 or 1.5 years ago. She's starting to get some of the pain back currently. She says it's 3/10 on a pain scale. I guess I'm just scared abd don't know how the act or what the say/help. People in her shoes, should she worry? Is it too early to assume anything? I guess I'm just looking for any kind of advice. She's a neurologist as well.
