People always victim blame when it comes to stalkers and harassers and it's stupid!

Seriously, it's 2020. Any social site you have an account on is also incredibly easy to make multiple accounts on too. Even if that site has privacy settings that can make it impossible for them to message you directly, there are tons of search sites made for those social sites so they can find your posts and uploads and bother you there. Sure you can block the accounts, but it gets annoying after a while.

Then there's your phone. Do you know how many apps there are out there that let you call and text #'s anonymously and for free? Changing your number is irritating and call blockers also tend to block some important calls that you might need to receive.

And then directly irl? The obvious choice is to go to the police, but the police really don't care. Unless you're imminent danger it isn't an issue. There's absolutely nothing in it for them.
