Silicosis?

33m 240lbs, healthy. I am very concerned about silicosis. Today I ground down some newly laid concrete. I did wear a p95 respirator and have the grinder connected to a vacuum with a concrete dust filter. However having done all that, I could not even see after 1 min of grinding. I probably did a total of 10 min of grinding. My mask filters we’re doing their part I believe as they were grey on the outside and white inside, but I am still terrified at the exposure level. Further as this was in the basement, where my furnace is, I am now concerned it’s getting everywhere in the house...I did have the area taped off, but still. At one point I even had my family leave the house because of the amount of dust.

Should we be worried?

I think I have tightness in my lungs, but to be honest I don’t know. It’s probably mental.
