Are they REALLY have the entire cast be on the jury?

(Sorry for omitting ‘going to’ from the title, it’s late.)

Do you all foresee something like, post-merge players will still be on the Edge like all the rest, but only jury members attend tribal council?

How can there be a 17 person jury? That seems insane. Even for Survivor. 17 final tribal council votes?

This feels like an aspect we all took for granted as just being the same as EoE - but will it actually be?

On one hand, it would be rational to have all the winners being able to vote.

On the other hand, why should Amber be Jury Vote #16 as the second boot, as someone that literally watched the entire game go by?
