Ideas to buff low tier legends, wrapped up into one post.

Ideas for buffing low tier legends. Most of these ideas are derived from other comments/videos that I've seen.

First- Revenant. I feel that revenant needs buffing the most. some simple ideas are-

1. Increase the damage his tactical does to 20. I feel that this isn't too op, but could also make a difference.
2. Increase the amount of time his tactical's effect lasts by around 5 seconds.
3. For his ultimate, make it so that you have more health when you're brought back to the totem.
4. Make it so that he climbs quicker.

Second, Mirage. I feel that mirage needs many buffs. Some ideas for buffing mirage-

1. Let him send out two decoys at once, like in Titanfall 2.
2. Rework his ultimate to something similar to the one in Dummie's Big Day, Where multiple decoys are copying mirage's movements.
3. Allow his dummies to climb walls. I'm not entirely sure about this one though, as it might remove some mind game potential.

Third, Octane. i feel this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4rp_e6Ab4TI video proposes some awesome ideas. (Sorry if the link is too big)

Finally, caustic. For caustic, his main issue is that he hurts his team wayy too much. some ideas to improve are-

1. Change friendly caustic's gas color. this would be less confusing to teamates.
2. Make it so that gas slows teamates down less.
3. Make caustic's gas appear less dense to teamates.
