Is there a way to modify the stats of RNG upgrade module

I'm not sure if this belongs here. I'm on PS4 and we don't have save editor on console. tho, I've managed to manually modify my save with save wizard and HxD.

one thing I haven't (can't) figured out yet is how to edit the stats of those store-bought RNG upgrade modules. all I can get is a name and the grade, that's it.

how it works? does each combination have its own item ID? and where I can get those IDs? Thank you in advance
