Anybody know a server with plenty of leeches in it?

Currently playing in NA PVP 258 and there’s a swamp fever epidemic going around. Been looking for leeches for DAYS and have only found 1 but got killed before I could get it. I’m convinced my server just lacks sufficient leech spawns and hoping you guys might know of a server that has more?

Edit: forgot to mention I’m playing on the Island
