Rough start to the month.it started off with depression and then I had mania ( I’m diagnosed RC) I’ve been in the ER twice in 2 days. Apparently my anxiety has been inducing my asthma so now I’m on Ativan and prednisone on top of everything else. I wish I could turn off the bipolar part of my brain
