How likely are certain FSWEP positions to be cancelled due to COVID 19?

Hello everyone. This is my first time dealing with the PS so I’m just really curious about how COVID 19 is going to affect certain FSWEP positions. Since schools are beginning to close and exams are being postponed I was just wondering how exactly is FSWEP going to be affected? For example I applied for an SBSO position. How likely is that going to be affected?
