N00b Question on Points

I am reading articles about open play vs. point systems and all. I just have two questions.

When looking at point values for the units (Flesheater Courts...10 Crypt Ghouls models is 100points up to 40 models is 360...) Does this point include the Crypt Ghast? And is there a difference between the Crypt Ghast mentioned as included in the unit and a Crypt Ghast Courtier? Or are they the same thing?
