Wyvern, I blinded her like 5 times...

... and still can't complete the task. I did the mission twice, blinded her 3-4-5 times using a flash grenade before killing her... what I'm doing wrong?
EDIT: Already tried with the firefly, blinded her 3-4 times, and still fail to complete the task.
