Frame Rate constantly dropping?

Anyone else getting this issue? I'm on Xbox and like every 30 seconds to a minute usually when I try opening the map, the game freezes for like 10 seconds. I've tried restarting my Xbox to see if that's the issue but it still hasn't gone away
