Could dogs or cats hypothetically get chs?

Kind of a random question but I just randomly thought of this. Since chs is caused by cannabinoids in general such as cbd could pets get chs if given too much cbd treats overtime? I know a lot of people like to give their pets cbd treats to help with numerous issues just like people do. I was thinking about buying cbd treats for my cat but since I've dealt with chs it made me wonder if they can get it as well. Might be a dumb question but just something I thought of haha.
