Just a quick question about 'Meme Mondays'

So, I've been messing with some memes lately and thought "Can I actually post my own things here?"

Mods and veterans of the sub, may I dare to ask,

1. Does video shitposts count as 'memes'?
2. What is the standard timezone of the subreddit(So that I can avoid posting memes on sunday afternoon)

Here's my own work as an example : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SnORgiZcAPs
