Looking to buy a keyboard or piano. but need advice on which.

Hey guys, so i'v always wanted to play the piano. I always thought it was such a beautiful instrument with beautiful and powerful sound. I'am not that young anymore (26) so i want to try to learn it now while i can. but i don't know what to buy. I live in a small house so it cant be an actual piano, and i am not of the 1%, so i cant afford an extremely expensive one either. but i do prefer one that has a classical piano sound if there is a key board like that. my goal is to play music like Beethoven (of course at my age I wont reach that level) but i love that kind of music. I'd say my budget would be Max $1000 but of course the cheaper the better since I live off minimum. anyways, I'd appreciate any advice, thanks!
