Shane Steichen will light the world up in the 2020 season

Steichen, a young, bright 35 year old offensive coordinator will be very successful this upcoming season in his first official gig as the playcaller.

I love the guy, he’s very hands-on, something we very rarely saw from Ken. He’s innovative and compliments Lynn’s running mentality with his quick striking mindset. He’s going to have the Chargers as a top 6-10 offense this year and he’ll get plenty of interviews to be a head coach elsewhere.
