Looking for a certain episode

Hello everyone, I'm looking for an episode where a lady leaves a child in her car while she is inside a little grocery mart/ gas station and the kid was taken. I don't remember exactly but I think the girl who was watching the kid was apart of it ?? I'm not sure but it seemed like an older episode. I don't know if it was the same episode but there was also something about foster families maybe?? Any help appreciated thank you !
