WNIT cancelled

Heard today that it was pretty much inevitable that the WNIT will be cancelled. It is a for-profit tournament and schools submit bids (take of the gate, usually including a guarantee). Without a crowd and with no gate the tournament is no go. Hope that isn't the case. Many great memories have been had at this great tournament.
