Kingsong iOS app?

Hello all, first time EUC buyer here. Just opened up my brand new recently delivered Kingsong 16X - it looks great, HOWEVER the KS iOS app which seems to me to be kind of essential for everything: checking device details, changing riding modes, checking battery levels, updating the firmware etc is NOT AVAILABLE on the iOS store in Australia.

Have tried googling this issue and looking around on the Kingsong website for advice or software downloads but can’t find anything helpful.

Does anyone have any workarounds for this issue or suggestions/advice on how to acquire the app (it’s mainly the firmware update I’m interested in performing to make it at least 1.05 or newer) short of changing my region on the Apple store. Changing to a new region is not straightforward as it requires a credit card linked to a bank account from that country. Moreover, which region do I change to that would definitely have the app. If anyone has any suggestions for how to get around this problem I’d be most appreciative.
