[I'm a spider, so what?] At what point does the light novel meet the manga?

Was recently recommended the manga and I absolutely love it. I tried looking it up, but the wiki doesn't really go into it and the only similar questions I can find are from 2018. And, for a bonus question, should I reread it from the beginning? I wouldn't mind if it goes more in depth than the manga.
