Fixed Crashing Issue from Mar-11-2020 Patch (PC Iceborne)

I ran into the crash bug after the patch and I've finally fixed it. Simply, NativePC folder still works if you're running cosmetic mods. I've deleted a few other .dll files from when the game first launched and I was trying to optimize CPU usage.

I don't run AVG.
