Is Reddit listening to us?

I'm into Femdom and Role Reversal, but I've always searched those things in incognito mode on my computer. But 3 days ago I sat with my friend and talked about the topic while my phone was next to me. And for the last 3 days all I get are notifications from r/RoleReversal like wtf? Does Reddit listen to me?
