Can I request Accutane right off the bat?

I just started experiencing acne troubles 5 months ago. I was put on spironolactone and it seems it has caused my acne to get worse. I don’t want to wait around and dabble in treatments that may not work for me, while my face gets more scarred by the day. I have a follow up with my Derm on Monday - does anyone have any input on me going in there and straight up requesting Accutane so as not to waste time?
