It's fucking crazy that WHO finally declaring a pandemic doesn't necessarily trigger additional actions. First and foremost, WHO should have done this a month ago to clearly show their intention that this was a serious matter. Secondly, what the hell is the point of raising the alarm level to pandemic when - as they just said in the press conference - the declaration doesn't carry additional triggers and action cards for the international community. ^+93
