Spare Keys for 3rd Gen 4Runner
I recently purchased a 2000 4Runner SR5. It came with two keys:
Only the blue one starts the engine. I am assuming it has a chip in it. I would like two more keys that will start the engine, but I am unsure which to buy. How do I know which chip I need? I see a few different options on eBay. Here are a couple that supposedly work with a 2000 4Runner, but the listings caution the buyer to be sure that it is the correct key based on the transponder chip ID, FCC ID, etc.:

Can anybody tell me what to look for? I would prefer to program it myself, but will have a locksmith do it if necessary.
Additionally, I was not given/sold a key fob with the car, but the original window sticker lists "keyless entry & B/W remote" under included optional equipment. Will this one work for me?
The description says "self programmable with one working key" and "if original remote has a red or green light, it is not compatible."
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
