Questions: Understanding the End-Game

Once a person is definitely diagnosed having Corona, survives, and is found clean by multiple tests, do we anticipate those folks could safely go back to work without fear of re-infection or fear of being a carrier? For folks with milder symptoms who are not sure they have had Corona yet, when would they consider themselves, or when would others consider them, safe to return to work? How will the end of this Corona season (for the season) and gradual return to normalcy appear?
