[TOMT][BOOK] Book where a princess with wings has to marry a prince from another kingdom that transforms into a snake

So this book I actually read in middle school from the school library. I wasn't able to catch the author's name but I could have sworn it was called "Snake Love" because I remembered having the book on my desk during my English class and he cringed looking at the cover haha! But when I searched it up, I couldn't find it except for one book that was called "Snake Love" on the internet but it didn't sound like the book I am talking about.

So I remember that in the book, the girl is the princess of a rather nice kingdom and she has to marry a prince from another not-so-great kingdom. She was really not into the idea of getting married, especially to a snake. And there was a part in the book where they were on their way to the prince's kingdom and almost get into trouble with these sort of bandits but they eventually make it to the kingdom. If this will help at all, I specifically remember the prince trying to tell her that (basically) just because he's a snake, doesn't mean he can't be trusted and he kept calling her his "naga".

It's been years since I read the book but I actually loved it a lot. When I went back to find it again, it was gone. I think I'm so connected to the book because my English teacher spoke in monotone constantly and that book got me through several weeks without falling asleep. I've been curious to find it again and read it.
