Auto Battle and Turbo Speed Expiration

Hey guys, I just found out that the auto battle and turbo speed effects from the beginner star pass expire. Kinda bought it thinking they would be permanent additions like other games, but I guess I didn’t read thoroughly through it so I mean no big deal, that’s on me. I was just wondering, at some point will they be available for purchase permanently instead of having to pay for a monthly subscription because I really like the game but I can’t really dish out 9 dollars a month.
